Patty Dowdy

Patty’s business brokerage career began in 2009 when she joined her father's business, National Restaurant Properties. There, she did anything and everything there was to do involving business brokerage and real estate. Since then, she’s helped hundreds of business owners find clarity in their direction and has been their guide in choosing whether to grow their business or plan their exit. Each of these options requires a different skill set in which she dedicated her career to practicing.

In 2021, Patty sold National Restaurant Properties and joined forces with commercial real estate powerhouse, Clifford Blanquicet to form Blanq Business Advisors. When not trying to take over the world and create a business brokerage empire, Patty enjoys exploring new places, eating wonderful food, and hanging with people she loves.
